IPVAEB Examiners Council
IPVAEB Examiners Council include members from different regions where IPVAEB is represented. The come from a wide variety of educational and performance backgrounds in the areas of music and visual fine arts.
Prior to being certified as an IPVAEB Examiner, all members must successfully complete a two days intensive Examiner Orientation Training Workshop(EOTW), followed by a two weeks apprenticeship on the field with qualified mentor examiners. Upon completion of the apprenticeship period, members will become full IPVAEB Examiners council member. All certified examiners will continue to participate ongoing professional training workshops/seminars to refine their assessment skills and to maintain consistency in their evaluation.
Join the Examiners Council
We are inviting suitable candidate to join IPVAEB Examiners Council as Music(Piano, Violin and Music Theory) or Fine Arts Examiner. Interested applicants should possess the following qualifications:
A Bachelor of Music or Bachelor of Arts or equivalent degree/diploma from a recognized tertiary institution OR IPVAEB Advanced Artistry Performance Diploma or Diploma of Piano Pedagogy.
Three years of relevant teaching experience.
Adjudicating experience at any festival or competition would be an advantage.
Strong writing skills and effective time.
